I was finishing up my bachelor's in Religious Studies and felt inspired to journal in a very specific way as an act of creating a sacred object. Warglitter came out of that intention.

Journaling & creation as magic, the masks we put on & the walls we build up, the shock of finding out someone you've known for a very long time is secretly a piece of shit, writing as identity, anonymity as identity, love, friends, folk magic, dreams, lineages, discovery, Dark Shadows, queerness, glitter, and the internet. Little bit of everything, like sleepover secrets among best friends looking to better themselves. Highly recommend.

This zine is 24 pages, quarter size (4.25 x 5.5"), filled with typed text thoughtfully placed using cute tape & dividers, and printed in b&w! By Allie Rae.
