Description

Cute little listicle zine from Milo of the Queer Zine Archive Project, originally written in 2017/2018 as a reaction to THAT shitshow, but more relevant than ever in 2020.

(Not to be a bummer, but!! Hello friends!! I'm writing you from deep within the C0V1D-19 meltdown! It's an election year!! Feels like the whole world is ending!!)

Anyway. This sweet lil' zine is about zines, and why it's good to make zines, and why making zines serves a vital function when everybody is like "JUST GET A BLOG, WEIRDO" because it's not about that, it's about the whole zinemaking experience and what the zinemaking experience does for our quality of life despite being such a cheap & easy thing to do, and Milo would know better than anybody & Milo is awesome.

We hope you're weathering social distancing fine, friends. And when we're out the other side of this, if we still have copies left & the listing is still up, we hope you weather the election season. Our chosen communities are super important now more than ever, and this little zine gives just a taste of why. Check it out.

This zine is 16 pages, quarter size (4.25 x 5.5"), typed, illustrated with tone-on-tone clipart like a vintage children's book, and printed in dark blue on gray-speckled heavyweight paper. Super special.
